In 2024, I led an accessibility initiative for Southwest Gas, addressing barriers across web and mobile—particularly in the MyAccount portal. Through testing, evaluation, and cross-team collaboration, we removed over 70% of critical blockers and set a foundation for long-term accessibility compliance.

When UPS needed an objective evaluation of their internal UX/UI team, they brought me in to lead a comprehensive UX maturity assessment. Through stakeholder interviews, operational audits, and benchmarking against industry standards, I helped uncover critical gaps, align leadership expectations, and create a phased roadmap to evolve UX from a tactical function to a strategic business partner.
